The Breezeway
This beautiful room for small gatherings of fewer than 20 people for meetings, birthday parties, or book clubs. The breezeway has a door that opens to a patio and is next to the playground and golf course.
Rental Rates:
There is a $300 food and beverage minimum for this space.
Members do not pay a room rental fee if the food and beverage minimum is met. If not the room rental fee of $100 applies.
$100 for all non-member events
$200 room rental fee if no food is purchased
